As well as salmon, we can offer an exciting range of other smoked food, carefully selected as being ideally complemented by our traditional smoking methods. We seek always to combine the special nature and techniques of our traditional Norwegian smoking methods with the finest produce available today.

Hand sliced, each slice interleaved, and then laid back on the skin.
