Unless otherwise stated, we will post in time for Christmas enabling the recipient to enjoy our smoked produce right through the Christmas period into the New Year.

If you are seeking an item of smoked or cured food that is not on any of our order lists, please ask as we often smoke additional produce when in season e.g. ox tounge, pork spare ribs, haddock, cod etc

Please note we take orders by phone, fax or e mail and payment must be either by cheque, debit or credit card thank you.
