Christmas 2011

Please place orders required for Christmas 2011 within England, Scotland or Wales by 12th December. Orders received after this date may be returned at our discretion. Orders for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles will need to be placed by December 3rd to guarantee arrival before Christmas. We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond the UK.

Orders will be dispatched and delivered by first class Royal Mail post during the week commencing 19th December and the last order will be dispatched on 21st December. Unless otherwise stated, we will post in time for Christmas enabling the recipient to enjoy our smoked produce right through the Christmas period into the New Year.

January to November

Orders will be dispatched on a Wednesday to be delivered within 48 hours, by first class Royal Mail post. We will do our best to fulfil all requests according to product availability.

Dispatch and Delivery

All sliced fish is interleaved to allow for ease of separation and all products are vacuum packed and are sent chilled with a 10 day life by 1st class Royal Mail post in insulated packaging. Goods should normally arrive within 24-48 hours from despatch. Products can be frozen for up to 3 months.

As when ordering anything online or by phone that requires delivery, you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time or date. The delivery person will not be authorised by us to leave at any alternative address (or location) other than that specified on your order.

Transaction Details

All credit card transactions online are processed using secure methods. On receipt of payment we will send you an email confirming your order. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.

Cancellations and Returns

As our products are supplied fresh and produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return goods without first speaking to Fjordling Smokehouses.

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.
